Information We Collect

• Name and age (entered by you)
• Body metrics: weight and height
• Food and water logs
• Health data via Apple HealthKit
• Purchase history via Apple StoreKit

How We Use Your Information

• To calculate personalized nutrition goals
• To sync data across your devices via iCloud
• To process in-app purchases via Apple

Third Party Services

• Apple Sign In — authentication
• Apple HealthKit — activity and health data
• Apple CloudKit — data sync and storage
• Anthropic Claude API — AI food analysis (photos not stored)
• Open Food Facts — barcode nutrition data

Data Storage

All personal data is stored in Apple iCloud and subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not operate our own servers.

Camera and Photos

Camera and photo library access is used only for AI food analysis. Photos are sent to Anthropic's API and are not stored by MacroIt.

In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not store payment information. Subscriptions can be managed in your Apple ID settings.

Children's Privacy

MacroIt is not directed at children under 13 years of age.
