How do I restore my Pro purchase? ▼
Go to Profile tab → tap the subscription card → tap "Restore
Purchases". Your Pro access will be restored automatically if you
previously purchased it with the same Apple ID.
How do I sync with Apple Watch? ▼
Open MacroIt on your iPhone first, then open the app on your Apple
Watch. The Watch will automatically request a sync. Make sure both
devices are connected and nearby.
How many AI scans do I get per month? ▼
Free users get 10 AI scans per month. Pro users get 200 AI scans per
month. Scans reset on the 1st of each month. Barcode scanning is
always unlimited on all plans.
How do I reset my nutrition goals? ▼
Go to Profile tab → Daily Goals → tap "Edit Daily Goals". You can
manually adjust each macro or use the Smart Recalculate feature to
recalculate based on your current profile.
Why is my AI scan confidence low? ▼
Low confidence usually means the photo was blurry, the food was
unclear, or the portion was hard to estimate. Try taking a clearer
photo with good lighting. You can also add a context note before
scanning to help the AI — for example "breaded with chickpea flour"
or "about 200g portion".
How do I cancel my subscription? ▼
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to iPhone Settings →
Apple ID → Subscriptions → MacroIt → Cancel Subscription. You can
also tap "Manage Subscription" in the Profile tab.
Will I lose my data if I delete the app? ▼
Your data is stored in iCloud and will be restored when you
reinstall the app and sign in with the same Apple ID. Your Pro
subscription will also be automatically restored.
Is MacroIt available on Android? ▼
Currently MacroIt is only available on iOS and Apple Watch. We may
consider Android in the future.
