By downloading or using MacroIt you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Use of the App
- MacroIt is for personal use only
- You must be 13 years or older to use the app
- Do not reverse engineer or modify the app
- Do not use the app for commercial purposes without written permission
Nutritional Information
- All nutritional data is estimated and may not be 100% accurate
- AI food analysis is an estimate based on visual recognition
- MacroIt is not a medical device
- Always consult a healthcare professional for medical or dietary advice
- Do not use MacroIt as a substitute for professional medical advice
In-App Purchases
- Purchases are processed by Apple
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal date
- Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID Settings
- Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy
- Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 14 days
AI Food Analysis
- Photos sent for AI analysis are processed by Anthropic's Claude API
- Photos are not stored by MacroIt
- Results are estimates only and should be verified
Intellectual Property
MacroIt and all its content are owned by JSR Tech Dev. All rights reserved. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
MacroIt is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. JSR Tech Dev is not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, including but not limited to health outcomes based on nutritional data.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
